EnergyNet in Latin America
EnergyNet works with governments and private sector across Latin America and the Caribbean to understand the key opportunities in renewable energy and gas-to-power. We've hosted meetings in London, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Peru to uncover the investment potential of the region.
Energy Week will take place from December 12 to 16, 2022 in Panama City, in its VII edition organized by the Latin American Energy Organization (Olade), the Panamanian Secretary of Energy and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and in collaboration of EnergyNet. Energy Week seeks to encourage regional debate on the capacity of Latin America and the Caribbean to reorder the global supply of different energy sources, the opportunities for the extractive sector in the short and medium term to respond and reactivate the industry, the capacity of unconventionals, the need for additional exploration and how the energy transition processes are advancing. Additionally, this event seeks to delve into issues such as the importance of technological innovation, hydrogen storage, sustainable mobility, access to energy, gender and critical minerals - many of them present in the countries of the region.
