Geometric Power
Agatha is a pioneer Director and the current Managing Director of Geometric Power (GP), GP is the pioneer, indigenous power company in Nigeria that develops, invests in, and operates power generation and distribution assets. GP is a developer and investor in a line of power plants, sub stations, electricity distribution infrastructure and gas pipelines in Nigeria. Agatha Nnaji is an Ashoka Fellow with a Masters Degree from George Washington University (GWU), USA. She has over 25 years in top management experience in the power sector and hospitality industry. She serves as a Director on the Board of various reputable companies including Geometric Power, Aba Power Limited, Protea Hotel Abuja, an upscale Hotel under management of Protea International Hotel Group of South Africa, Dewdrop Institute amongst others. Agatha served as a pioneer Executive Management staff of the Sheraton (Starwood) Hotel Group in Nigeria in late 1980s, where she played the leading role in defining service delivery standards for the hospitality sector in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) of Nigeria, and contributed immensely to Nigeria’s Tourism Masterplan. Her subsequent experience cuts across Starwood hotel properties in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States of America.  She is a seasoned, accredited trainer for FORUM Inc, USA and the “Starwood” Hospitality Group, owners of the Sheraton, Westin, Four Points, W Hotels, St. Regis, and The Luxury Collection Hotels worldwide. 
As a versatile entrepreneur and creative initiator, Agatha Nnaji has served till date as a pioneer and leading member of Geometric Power Group. She established Cachez Group of Companies, a highly reputable and successful limited liability organization that specializes in design & construction (turnkey) projects, hotel development & hospitality services; landscaping & environmental services. She also serves on the Board of other successful organizations such as the Prof Bart Nnaji Foundation (BNF) and Dewdrop Foundation (DDF) which she established to develop sustainable life-long training programs for the Social Care and Tourism industry at grassroots levels, thereby empowering people to work as professionals in the industry or become SME entrepreneurs.
Agatha is the pioneer Lady Captain of the prestigious Abuja Golf and Country Club. She enjoys gardening and has won several awards for her contributions to the community, the environment, and the power and tourism industries in Nigeria, including the prestigious Martin Luther King Community Service Award from the US Embassy (USAID office) in 1996.
