Orca Exploration is a publicly traded company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. Through two of its subsidiaries, PanAfrican Energy Corporation and PanAfrican Energy Tanzania Limited, Orca Exploration has integrated natural gas operations in Tanzania producing and supplying gas to Songas Ubungo power plant, and the power plants owned by TANESCO at Ubungo 100MW and Tegeta 45MW. PanAfrican Energy Tanzania also supplies gas to over 30 industries in Dar es Salaam through its own low pressure distribution network and Compressed Natural Gas. Orca is also pursuing a regional infrastructure investment that would lead to expanded gas market including making more natural gas available for power generation.
