Registration fees

Africa Energy Forum: £950 + £186.20 (19.6% French VAT) per delegate. There are attractive multiple delegate discounts.

The fee includes:

• Access to all conference sessions
• Receptions and lunches
• Conference documentation
• Membership of the AEF MarketSite on the internet until March 2009, allowing delegates to:
• download conference presentations
• email each other before and after the conference
• access a list of delegates as they register
• access the Africa Energy Projects Database and Directory and input new data
• access a list of delegates as they register

EnergyNet reserves the right to alter the Africa Energy Forum timing, content, and speakers.

Cancellation

For cancellations received in writing before May 30, 2008, fees will be returned, less bank charges and an administrative charge of £50. For cancellations received after that date, no refund will be issued but substitutions can be made at any time.
